Tuk Tuk's fried chicken spice brings this cult-favorite snack into the home kitchen. The blend is comprised of everything we put into our chicken curry, and the flavour is out of this world. Toss chicken thighs with this spice, and marinate with just enough buttermilk to coat each piece. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes. Bread and fry until golden.
