1. Items must be in their original condition, tags intact and cannot be washed or worn to be eligible for return or exchange.
2. Your order must have been placed within 30 days to be eligible.
3. SALE / CLEARANCE items are NOT eligible for a return nor exchange.
4. If an item you received is damaged please email us a picture to HometownDurham@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your product.

Since the arrival of Hometown Apparel in 2015, there have been pop-ups in downtown Durham and kiosks at Southpoint mall, but home will always be at 738 9th St.
We offer embroidery, monogramming & screen-printing services with a minimum of 6 items for embroidery/mongramming & a minimum of 12 items for screen-printing.
