Our once-a-year winter blend, made in small batches in the original copper kettles. Six flavors: Cinnamon, Peppermint, Spearmint, Wintergreen, Cranberry-Orange, and Plum which moves from cool evergreen brightness to the settled warmth of stovetop spice and winter fruit. A seasonal hard candy that captures a winter's worth of memory in one mason jar. Made the way Butterfields has made candy since 1924, in Nashville, North Carolina. Released only for the holiday weeks - when a batch is gone, it waits until next season.
